Antique Japanese Imari pottery plate from the Meiji period (1868-1913). Decorated with medallion design with blue, green, blue and orange enamel under glazes. Lovely clean and sharp plate. Excellent condition for age, no cracks or chips with pitting in the glaze, typical of this period. Ideal cabinet display piece for any true collector of 19th century Japanese Imari pottery and porcelain.
