If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, please contact us with your order details within 30 days and we will endeavour to resolve any issue you may have. When the return is a product quality issue we will provide a postage credit or send an SAE and, when the product is recieved back to us we will provide full refund. Please ensure that you send it any return to us well packed and via registered post as the package is your responsibility until it arrives with us. Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements. We process returns as soon as possible and ask you to note that during busy periods or holiday periods there may be a short delay. Please note that credit card refunds can only be given to the original payer.
