To return the please submit a return request via the For The Little Guys returns process. When we accept the return, package the product carefully and return to the address on the postage label or use your own label using the address listed in For The Little Guys. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refund/s or exchanges. Pay the postage costs (we recommend you use a recorded delivery service for this and that you retain proof of postage). Once we have received and processed your return we will issue a full refund or exchange the item for other products in stock if you prefer. We will only refund your postage costs if the return is a result of an error on our behalf or if the goods were faulty.
•Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
•All items must be returned unopened, in their original condition and packaging, with all labels attached.
•We cannot accept returns once packs have been opened unless the goods are faulty.
•We cannot be held responsible for returned orders lost in transit. We recommend that you send your return to us by registered post and retain proof of posting. We reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange if you do not follow this policy.
•Refunds and exchanges are made approximately two weeks after receipt of items to allow for inspection. The original Paypal account used for payment will be credited. We will not make refunds to a third party.
•Should you choose to exchange a product or select a replacement item then we will have to recharge you the original shipping costs. This is a cost to our company and not a profit, therefore the postage to resend the goods to you will need to be charged at our standard delivery charge rates.
•If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days.
